Adam McKenty is a freelance writer, software developer, and photographer from Cortes Island, BC. Growing up home-schooled on a mountainside in central British Columbia, he developed a keen appreciation for hard work, nature, and the written words that carried him far from the smallness of a single place into wide worlds beyond. Since then he has been exploring these worlds in person, in words, in photographs, and sometimes in a hastily-converted camper van privately known as Luke. He makes his living writing software and dreaming of a world in which we all get along.
